Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to the specific tour or program agreement provided at the time of booking. Third-party costs (flights, hotel deposits) are generally non-refundable.
While we prioritize safety, Cluster XO is not liable for personal injury or loss during tours unless caused by gross negligence. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all participants.
